Gaiatri Yoga and Ayurveda Workshop

Ayurveda is an ancient philosophy that embraces the wisdom of living and moving with the rhythm of nature. These three workshops will give you the insight to adapt your Yoga practice, Diet and Lifestyle, to move through seasonal change. You will receive detailed handouts with each workshop.
Moving into the Vata Season – Refresh your Yoga practice and introduce Ayurvedic nutrtition to nurture and nourish; Mind, Body and Spirit.
Natasha Marchant is a Yoga teacher and Complementary Therapist with over 20 years experience of living and working with this simple philosophy. Come and enjoy Ayurveda & Yoga workshops that share these teachings and how you can integrate them into your lifestyle.
